Spider-Man 3, Shrek 3, Pirates of the Carribean 3, Rush Hour 3, Ocean's Thirteen, the Bourne Ultimatum (aka third Bourne movie), the third remake of 'Invasion of the Bodysnatchers'....
All coming out this summer. This is the thread to talk about the three's!
Saw Spidey 3. Didn't like it. Too long, too much stuff, little of it good, screwed up Venom and made all of the bad guys good guys. Uh, yeah, whatever.
Pirates 3-- loved it. Almost as good as number 1, methinks, except for Johnny Depp who really needs to jump headfirst from a ten story building into a block of cement and stop being Jack Sparrow. Other than that, terrific movie.
Shrek 3- Was okay. Same old, same old, you know? It was kinda funny, though...
Okay, discuss!

Spidy 3: Yeah I agree, too much of Peter Parker's problems then actually seeing some web action
Pirates 3: I haven't seen it yet, I'm not expecting much but I hope you're right. I actually don't like Orlando Bloom's performance, it annoys me for some reason. I like Johnny Depp's performance, however in the second one the jokes were getting old.
Shrek 3: Ain't seen it, but it'll be a laugh
Ocean's Thirteen: Seen the first one but not the second and from what I hear it's not very good.
The Bourne Ultimatum: I can't wait for this, I heard it was coming out in 2008, so I'm really happy to hear it's coming out earlier, I loved the first, one of my favourite films, I was let down by the second but I still loved it. I'm going to cry myself to sleep everyday untill it comes out.
Rush Hour 3: Not expecting much, it got a lil too stupid by the second, but I loved the other two films and can't wait for this.
Never even heard of the other.

Spidey 3: Thank God-- a like minded person not blinded by a fanboy-level devout love of Spider-Man
Pirates 3: I never pay Orlando much attention. He's not a good actor, and thankfully he doesn't hog the show. In 3, Depp's jokes are REALLY old, most of the time he's on the screen it's not very good. That's just me, though. Maybe you'll love him.
Ocean's Thirteen: Actually never saw the first two, heard they were bad. But Al Pacino rocks, so I'm going to see it. Not expecting much.
Bourne Ultimatum: I've rented both of the first two, but haven't found time to watch them. What're they about?
Rush Hour 3: Same
Invasion: Invasion of the Bodysnatchers was a movie that came out in the fifties. It was basically an American commentary that the Communists could be anywhere, they could even be your best friend, so be careful. Except in the movie, it was aliens that came in the form of plants, and stole people's bodies, and the story revolved around one man who thinks he's paranoid because suddenly his friends and colleagues seem to be becoming emotionless. It stars Daniel Craig (the new James Bond) and Nicole Kidman as the main guys, and the title has been shortened to 'The Invasion' for this third remake. It's a really stupid story, I saw the last remake, but it oughta be fun in a Snakes on a Plane sort of way.

You have to see the Bourne films, they're great. It's about a man who is found in the Mediterranean Sea by the crew of a fishing boat , the man has amnesia, the 'doctor' on the boat starts taking out the bullets in the bullet wounds found on the man's body, he also finds a small object which has a pin number in. The man then leaves to find out more about his past, however he is hunted down by the police and some secret organisation.
Number two: Without spoiling anything, it is pretty much like the first, the man has gone and lived quietly out of the way, however he is set up and accused of a murder.
Ocean's Eleven was alright, you should rent it out and watch because it is a good film.

Okay, the summer is over, and here's my report:
Spidey 3-- same. Disliked it. Shrek 3-- Same. Was kinda fun. Pirates 3-- Same. Really enjoyed it.
Ocean's Thirteen-- This was my first Ocean's film, and now after having seen them all, I guess I'm gonna say its my fave. It was just hilarious, all of their different schemes and plans made me laugh. Great flick.
Rush Hour 3-- I dunno, man. I mean, Chris Tucker was brilliant as usual, and Jackie Chan was his standard self. It was fun and all, but nothing special. And in this day and age of spectacular fights and crazy stunts, Jackie Chan's fighting wasn't so crazy.
Bourne Ultimatum-- Kick butt action flick. Bourne is crazy. I love 'im.
The Invasion-- Your run of the mill horror/action flick. Nothing special, although some parts were kinda freaky.

Spidey 3-- Same, haven't even watched it again so I can't say "It's growing on me"
Shrek 3-- Never did see it, probably never will, maybe if I've got nothing else to do.
Pirates 3-- Finally got to see it, I was let down by it, the end fight seemed wierd, ending was good, some of the acting was a lil off and I didn't like how some of the characters had changed. Best bit was Keith Richards's bit, shame he was on for like three seconds.
Ocean's Thirteen-- Saw this recently too, good, solid film.
Rush Hour 3-- I forgot this was coming out and I forgot to see it, lol, hopefully I'll be able to rent it soon.
Bourne Ultimatum-- I love the Bourne films, I am extremely disappointed about the camera shaking so much, I thought he would of learnt that it was crap in second film, this let it down, it could of been so great if they had filmed it in the same way as Identity was filmed. I would like to say the Trilogy was my favourite, but the camera in 2 and 3 just let it down, however it's up there with the greats for me.
Still can't understand why they didn't use the same story as the books, but hey. Bourne is great, if I were gay and he were real, I'd marry him.

Pirates 3-- Surprised you didn't like it. I personally loved it.
Bourne-- lol, I didn't even notice the camera. When I did notice, it seemed just like bad camersa work to me.

Pirates 3: Well that just sums you up!!! Bourne: It had been a logn time since I had seen the first one when I saw the second film, so it was alright and I could live through it, but in the third, it was horrible, it was shaking every second! And that fight after he's been running around on the rooftops for awhile nearly made me cry . I'd be alright with it, but I literally saw the first film 2 days ago and one of the major fight scenes in that was amazing and really cool and it just made me think about the fight scenes in the second and third... It made me depressed Oh, man, somebody hold me!

Bourne-- There, there Norph. Don't let it bug you that the shaky camera has been critically aclaimed. Try not to think of all the people who enjoyed it more than you. lol, jk.

Bourne: Honestly, though, watch the fight scene in Identity when he fights the first assassin, then watch the one in Ultimatum where he fights that guy chasing them. JUST WATCH! WATCH IT NOW!
Logan...if you....if you...enjoy the shaky camera, then, then! I will get really really angry with you!

Bourne: I didn't even notice it! Although it does kill me in movies when you can't see the action because the camera looks like the cameraman dropped it, and the scene was filmed while it was bouncing.

Bourne: I actually didn't notice it in the second one until my 2nd viewing and I probably would not have seen it in the 3rd film if someone didn't point it out.
